Jewellery Session 5 Double Heart Design

This course is designed to teach basic wire jewellery techniques and is part of a weekly wirework workshop. This particular session is ideal for beginners with some experience in the use of basic jewellery making tools.

The aim of this course is to introduce the tools and materials needed to complete this project and create a lovely wire double heart component or pendant.

By the end of this session you should be able to:

· identify and use tools safely

· identify and use materials

· select the correct wire gauge

· create a wire heart

· wire wrap

· safely secure sharp ends

· Create a wrapped loop

This is an ideal class if you are new to wire wrapped beaded jewellery, it is part of an ongoing weekly class, every Thursday 9.30-11.30. If you are a complete beginner it is advisable to start the course from 8th June as you will learn how to use the basic tools safely in this first session. If you would like to continue the class and learn more you will have the oportunity to enrol in further sessions.

All materials and the use of all tools are included in the price. I accept debit or credit card payments. Deposits for courses and workshops are non-refundable unless in the unlikely event the course is cancelled.
