All items are made by hand and sent from Wales, UK. Most items are ready to dispatch and are posted within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated in individual listings.

I hope you will be delighted with your artisan jewellery, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore, for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
