About the course

​

This course is designed to teach basic wirework techniques and is part of a weekly workshop. This particular session is ideal for beginners.

 

The aim of this course is to introduce you to the tools and materials needed to get started, how to use them correctly and safely and create a lovely small beaded suncatcher.

 

By the end of this lesson learners will be able to:

 

· identify and use all tools safely

· identify and use materials

· select the correct wire gauge and beads

· wire wrap the hoop

· create the root structure

· create the trunk and branches

· attach beads

· secure ends safely

 

This is an ideal class if you would just like an introduction to wirework, it is part of an ongoing weekly class, every Wednesday 9.30-11.30.

 

All materials are included in the price and the use of all tools. I accept debit or credit card payments.

 

Deposits for courses and workshops are non-refundable unless in the unlikely event the course is cancelled.
